• View public support desk URLs and grievance details.
• List your legitimate enterprise, provided you supply accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the safety, credibility, and security of our platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited. You agree not to:

A. Illegal and Harmful Content

• List enterprises that promote, offer, or facilitate illegal products, services, or activities.
• Upload or link to content that contains hate speech, harassment, violence, or explicit material.
• Use the platform to facilitate scams, phishing, or financial fraud.

B. False Information and Impersonation

• Submit fake, misleading, or highly exaggerated business details.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or enterprise.
• Falsely claim affiliation with Power Global or misuse the "Verified Badge."

C. Technical Abuse and Disruption

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code through support URLs or listing details.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or verification systems.
• Use automated systems (e.g., scrapers, bots, crawlers) to harvest data, email addresses, or enterprise details from our directory.
• Engage in any activity that overburdens or disrupts our search engine infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).

3. Guidelines for Enterprise Listings

If you are managing an enterprise listing on POWER CENTRAL OFFICE, you must ensure that:

• All support desk URLs and grievance links direct users to safe, functional, and legitimate webpages.
• Any changes to your business operations that affect public users are promptly updated on your listing.
• You respond to verification requests from the Power Global team truthfully and securely.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Power Global actively monitors the platform for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user or enterprise has violated this AUP, we reserve the right to take immediate action, which may include:

• Immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the enterprise listing.
• Revocation of the "Verified Badge."
• Blocking the violator's IP address and access to the platform.
• Reporting the abusive activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Initiating legal proceedings for damages caused by data theft or platform disruption.

5. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help keep POWER CENTRAL OFFICE safe and reliable. If you encounter an enterprise listing or user behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately.
