• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the POWER CENTRAL OFFICE platform.

3. Service Availability and Modifications

• Uptime: While we strive to provide continuous 24/7 access to our directory and search engine, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Maintenance & Updates: We may temporarily suspend the service for routine maintenance, security updates, or feature enhancements without prior notice.
• Right to Modify: Power Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the POWER CENTRAL OFFICE services at any time, at our sole discretion.

4. Enterprise Listing Services

For businesses utilizing our platform to display their information:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the support URLs, grievance details, and descriptions provided remain active and accurate.
• If your external support links become dead or lead to malicious sites, we reserve the right to instantly suspend your "Verified Badge" and listing services to protect our users.
• We reserve the right to immediately take down any listing that we determine to be illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to our platform or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes scams, hate speech, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by POWER CENTRAL OFFICE are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Power Global makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of third-party enterprise data, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
