The "Verified Badge"

Enterprises may undergo a manual verification process conducted by Power Global. The issuance of a "Verified Badge" is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to grant, withhold, or revoke this badge at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, outdated information, or policy violations.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to reject any listing application or remove an existing listing without prior notice if it violates our policies, promotes illegal activities, or harms the reputation of our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Impersonate any person or business entity.
• Use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful digital content.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or scrape data from our directory without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, UI designs, and logos (including the POWER CENTRAL OFFICE and Power Global trademarks) are the exclusive intellectual property of Power Global.

User-Submitted Content

By listing your enterprise, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your public business details, logo, and related information on our search engine (search.pwr.my.id) and directory.

5. Limitation of Liability

POWER CENTRAL OFFICE acts as a directory and search engine. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the actual products, services, or business practices of the enterprises listed on our platform. Any transactions, communications, or disputes between a user and a listed enterprise are strictly between those two parties. Power Global and POWER CENTRAL OFFICE shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our directory.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
